She earned her Master of Social Work from Boise State University and brings a compassionate and integrative approach to her therapeutic practice. Hannah has extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and clients who are navigating high levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. She specializes in supporting adolescents, women, parents, and LGBTQ+ individuals as they move through life’s transitions, challenges, and healing processes. Hannah incorporates various therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. She is a Brainspotting practitioner and uses this modality to help clients access and process trauma held in the body and subconscious mind. Hannah believes that therapy is a collaborative journey and offers support, tools, and a safe, accepting space to help clients navigate their path with more clarity, connection, and confidence.
