Theraplay

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
A therapy that can help kids find relief from the yucky experiences that young brains have a hard time making sense of.
Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy (CBPT)
A developmentally appropriate approach that utilizes play and play-based interventions to help children change their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by restructuring each in a developmentally appropriate manner.
