Their approach is grounded in family systems therapy, which focuses on understanding patterns within relationships and how they influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. They have bilingual therapists (Spanish-speaking), and they offer EMDR and trauma-informed therapy. Their therapists work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful and lasting change, exploring communication patterns, family dynamics, boundaries, and generational influences to help clients gain deeper insight, strengthen connections, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. They are proud to be a training clinic for interns and new clinicians, and they offer both in-person and online (telehealth) appointments.
