They are a team of eight clinicians who are all highly skilled in helping clients identify ways to move forward in their lives. While each of them brings their own unique personality and style, all of them approach their clients with an attachment lens and have extensive trauma-informed backgrounds. They provide healing support for children, teens, adults, couples, and families using extensive, ongoing training and consultation. Their therapists are trained in various modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). They aim to provide a safe environment in which clients can identify their strengths and develop healthy coping skills, helping them manage the effects of trauma, loss, or conflict and discover their own strengths. Empowered Life Counseling is passionate about empowering clients to find solutions to their problems and help them create the lives they desire to have.

Sessions are $200 Per Session, I accept insurance. Ask about sliding-scale fees if you're paying out of pocket.
