Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, Tommy helps couples identify their negative cycles, uncover the deeper emotions driving them, and learn to respond to each other in more supportive ways. He also works with individual men and families, but his specialty is couples. Tommy views all challenges through the lens of relationships and attachment theory, and he is passionate about helping couples rebuild trust and intimacy.
