About
Emilia Stoneham, the psychotherapist, draws from relational, existential, and psychodynamic approaches to support deep, meaningful change. She views therapy as a collaborative relationship where healing happens through honest reflection, emotional insight, and mutual trust. Emilia's approach focuses on exploring how past experiences and relationships shape current patterns while making space for big questions like identity, purpose, connection, and meaning. She works with individuals 15 years and older, as well as couples, offering a safe, kind, and accepting space to explore internal and external realities. Emilia's specialties include trauma and PTSD, LGBTQ+, and grief, making her a good fit for individuals deconstructing oppressive ideology, processing trauma or abuse, facing experiences of grief, living with neurodivergence, or struggling with identity issues. She is a member of the Center for Object Relations and has received specialized training in the treatment of trauma, grief, and neurodivergence. Emilia is passionate about the arts, comedy, books, and finding creative ways to express herself. She can be found walking the Seattle neighborhoods, smelling roses, identifying plants, and spotting wildlife.
