With a gentle, curious, and joyful approach, Elizabeth helps her clients build more loving and compassionate relationships with themselves and life. She currently has immediate in-person availability for client sessions on Tuesdays in Northfield, IL, as well as telehealth opportunities Monday through Friday. Elizabeth is licensed to work with folks living in Illinois or Wisconsin, and she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenging adjustments, uncertainty, confusion, and suffering. By providing a safe and supportive space, Elizabeth empowers her clients to discover their own inner strength and resilience.
