About
She provides in-person, online, and cell phone tele-therapy sessions to support positive change and self-growth. Rogers incorporates a Person-Centered approach with mindfulness, expressive art therapies, and connection to nature in her work. She works with individuals from 3 years old to adults, using play-based therapy with children and verbal conversation with teens and adults. Mindfulness and somatic awareness are practiced with all ages to help individuals ground themselves in their body and calm their nervous system. Sessions take place in a confidential, non-judgmental space, allowing individuals to explore their current life situations and imagine healthy alternatives. Rogers also offers a complementary 15-minute phone or Zoom meeting for prospective clients to meet and inquire about therapy.
