She works alongside adolescents and adults experiencing the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, religious/spiritual issues, codependency, family conflict, grief, self-esteem issues, and other difficulties pertaining to life transitions. Elizabeth utilizes humanistic and existential approaches to therapy, tailoring the therapeutic process to the needs and desires of each individual client. She is passionate about helping others to see their innate goodness and empowering them to make choices that reflect their personal values and goals. Elizabeth's services are currently available for telehealth only and she is out-of-network with all insurance plans.
