About
Born to first-generation Chinese American parents, Elizabeth's diverse upbringing has given her a unique perspective on the importance of culturally-sensitive therapy. After years as a musician, Elizabeth returned to graduate school to pursue her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is passionate about working with individuals aged 16 and older, with a particular interest in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and religious trauma.
