Easterseals Central Illinois, Child and Family Connections Office #16 (CFC 16) is the regional intake agency for children birth to three and their families to enter the Illinois Early Intervention System. They serve Champaign, Ford, Iroquois, Livingston, McLean, and Vermilion Counties. Each CFC is responsible for a specific geographical area. Early Intervention credentialed Service Coordinators work with families to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan and select service providers to meet the individualized needs of their child. Child and Family Connections can also assist with Social Emotional Consultative Services and free developmental screenings through the Local Interagency Councils. The CFC Offices will be closed for the following 2026 holidays: January 1, 2026 – New Years Day, February 16, 2026 – President’s Day, April 3, 2026 – Good Friday, May 25, 2026 – Memorial Day, July 3, 2026 – Independence Day, September 7, 2026 – Labor Day, November 26, 2026 – Thanksgiving Day, November 27, 2026 – Day after Thanksgiving, December 24, 2026 – Christmas Eve, December 25, 2026 – Christmas Day, December 31, 2026 – New Years Eve, January 1, 2027 – New Years Day.
