Easterseals Central Illinois, Child and Family Connections Office #16 (CFC 16) is the regional intake agency for families with children from birth to three years old. Our Early Intervention credentialed Service Coordinators work with families to create an Individualized Family Service Plan, select service providers, and provide Social Emotional Consultative Services and free developmental screenings through the Local Interagency Councils. With over a century of experience, CFC 16 is dedicated to helping families of Central Illinois access the resources and support they need to ensure their children reach their full potential.
