Child & Family Connections of Central Illinois CFC #16 is the local leader in providing specialized care for children from birth to three and their families. Our experienced and credentialed Service Coordinators are dedicated to helping families create an Individualized Family Service Plan and selecting service providers to meet the individualized needs of their child. In addition, we provide Social Emotional Consultative Services and free developmental screenings through the Local Interagency Councils. With our commitment to quality services and family-centered care, Child & Family Connections of Central Illinois CFC #16 is the trusted source for comprehensive early intervention services.
