Dr. Katy Ha at the Sonoma County Family YMCA offers a warm water movement program to members of all ages, with all kinds of disabilities and challenges. Parents and caregivers are welcome to join their child/ward in the program, and a support group/potluck follows every class. For added accessibility, the chairlift is available to help participants into the pool.
