She employs an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on humanistic framework and influences from dialectical behavior therapy principles. Watersmeet Wellness accepts clients from all backgrounds and ages, and Dr. Stuive has a personal understanding of dualistic cultural identities through her experience as a Korean adopted person and mother of a cross-culturally adopted child.
