Using current, practical tools, Douglas works with clients to eliminate barriers that prevent them from expressing their true selves. He is trained in EMDR and certified in hypnotherapy to process and heal past traumas, and is well-versed in Tantra, Somatic Sex Therapy, and Breath Work to enhance sexual and life expression. Douglas also uses science-proven techniques to help with out-of-control sexual behavior (sex addiction). He is dedicated to helping clients live the life they were meant to live, free from shame and guilt.
