Insurance & payment
Rachelle Abbott accepts Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Meritain Health, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Medical Resources (UMR). She also accepts payment from bishops or clergy. If you do not have insurance that is listed, she can provide a superbill to present to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
