Destini offers a safe, affirming, and judgment-free space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change. She provides therapy for teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Destini's approach to therapy is grounded in constructivist and person-centered frameworks, incorporating elements of the Gottman Method when working with couples. As a Resident-in-Counseling, Destini is completing the supervised clinical hours required for independent licensure in Virginia, under the supervision of Sally Harney, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, ACS. Therapy is available online and in-person throughout Virginia.
Insurance & payment
Destini accepts Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Carefirst BCBS, Carelon, and Humana Military (TRICARE) for eligible Virginia clients. Insurance eligibility may vary depending on plan details and the address on file with the insurer.
Sessions are $50 Per Session. Ask about sliding-scale fees if you're paying out of pocket.
