With years of practice, Dara has gained the skills and knowledge to help her clients achieve their personal goals and feel better. Her approach is centered around building upon existing strengths and using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, and family therapy. Dara is certified as a Child & Adolescent Trauma Professional and is licensed to see clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. She currently sees clients in person and through telehealth. Dara's goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where her clients can work towards achieving their goals and tracking progress together.
