Crestwood Workers Care is an occupational health clinic offering a range of services to businesses and industries across North Alabama. Our certified NRCME providers offer DOT physicals, OSHA-mandated physicals, urine drug screens, breath alcohol testing, and diagnosis and treatment for work-related illnesses and injuries. Our DOT qualified collectors and technicians guarantee accurate and reliable drug screen collections and breath alcohol testing. We strive to provide quality care and promote occupational health to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
