With a team of highly qualified behavioral health professionals, Compass has been serving the children and families throughout Virginia since 2004. The agency offers a range of services, including ABA Therapy, Intensive In-Home (IIH), Mental Health Skill-building Services, Community Stabilization, Therapeutic Day Treatment, Parenting Support Services, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Therapy, Neurodevelopmental Psych Testing, and Multisystemic Therapy (MST). Compass understands the complexity of behavioral health needs and utilizes a combination of trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies. With 15 locations throughout Virginia, Compass is committed to providing quality behavioral health services to stabilize, strengthen, and support youth, adults, and families.

ABA Therapy
Compass provides home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents under the age of 21, who demonstrate significant impairment in adaptive functioning that is related to either developmental delays or other health conditions.
Intensive In-Home (IIH)
Intensive In-Home (IIH) is a home-based, highly supportive and comprehensive program that provides stability for children, adolescents, and their family who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
Multisystemic Therapy (MST)
Multisystemic therapy (MST) is an intensive, evidence-based treatment program provided in the home and community settings for youth experiencing significant clinical impairment in disruptive behavior, mood, and/or substance use.
Mental Health Skill-building Services
Mental Health Skill-building Services (MHSS) is an intensive, home-based service that is designed to assist the client in obtaining independence or stability within the community.
Community Stabilization
Community Stabilization is a service provided by Compass to help individuals stabilize in their community and reduce the risk of hospitalization or other out-of-home placements.
Therapeutic Day Treatment
Therapeutic Day Treatment is a service provided by Compass to help individuals develop skills and strategies to manage their mental health and reduce the risk of hospitalization or other out-of-home placements.
