Christine Brudnicki, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), approaches her clients with compassion, hoping to instill in them genuine connection and confidence. With a Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Christine has been practicing psychotherapy since 1992. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and holds certificates in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens and Christian Counseling. Christine's psychotherapy practice continues to evolve along with her areas of interest, personal and professional development, and growth. She has a passion for joining her clients at whatever point they are in their journey and walking with them toward health and wellbeing. Christine takes great care to provide an inviting and supportive environment and to meet her clients with compassion and acceptance. She strives to create a therapeutic alliance based on respect, allowing her clients to be fully present with themselves.
