Jason's approach blends evidence-based methods with a holistic perspective, honoring the whole person — mind, body, and life context. He provides in-person and telehealth sessions, serving individuals, couples, and athletes across Wisconsin and Tennessee. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating your relationship, or trying to break through as an athlete, Jason meets you exactly where you are. He has immediate openings for both in-person sessions in Eau Claire and telehealth sessions across Wisconsin and Tennessee. Reaching out is the hardest part — Jason will take it from there.
