With over 28 years of experience in working with couples, children, and families, Cathryn specializes in marital and premarital counseling, helping individuals address challenges unique to their situation. She believes that relationships need regular check-ups, just like our bodies, and that poor communication skills can lead to assumptions and unnecessary pain. Cathryn's approach is tailored to each individual, and she works with couples struggling with communication and trust issues, often related to infidelity. She has a strong background in mental health, with a PhD in Psychology from Northcentral University and a PhD (ABD) in International Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Cathryn has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1996 (LMFT 33119) and has had her private practice since 2000. She is available for in-person and online sessions, and her office is located at 29291 Providence Road, Temecula, CA 92591-5613.
