As a federally funded affiliated office of the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities, we are responsible for monitoring the legal, civil, and service rights of persons with developmental disabilities on a regional basis. Our mission is to connect people to needed services and supports, improve services and supports, and help people become part of their communities.
