With a background in teaching and a passion for helping men and teens, Buddy uses a cognitive approach to counseling, incorporating Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Therapy (RET). He believes in treating each client with dignity and kindness, and his Christian faith influences his approach to counseling. Buddy is available for individual counseling sessions, which are $160 and can be scheduled on select afternoons. Although Wellspring Counseling is out of network for insurance, they do accept HSA and FSA cards.
