She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2021 and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Counselor Education at UNC Charlotte. Brooke provides counseling services to children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults, focusing on a Cognitive-Behavioral theoretical approach with a strong emphasis on humanistic tendencies. She is currently accepting clients 9 and older and offers individual, group, and telehealth sessions. Brooke has experience working with clients on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma. She utilizes creative arts and motivational interviewing to help clients process experiences and set achievable goals for the future.
