He incorporates holistic approaches, including biofeedback, hypnosis, and psychophysiology, to ensure personalized care that addresses both emotional and physiological aspects of well-being. Bennett's background is eclectic, having served as a U.S. Naval Officer, university dean, and federal government employee before transitioning fully into mental health care. His experience has shaped his leadership skills and commitment to helping others, qualities he carries into his counseling work today. Harmony Holistic has two convenient office locations in Rockville and North Bethesda, and all clinicians at the practice are licensed mental health professionals.
