She also enjoys working with teens and young adults as they navigate through life's changes. Ayana's treatment approach includes a variety of modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy, to address her clients' unique needs. She aims to create a warm, joyful, and safe space where everyone can feel free to express themselves openly and build emotional resilience.
