About
They provide in-person and virtual counseling, continuing education, and mental health resources across Arkansas and Oklahoma. Their approach helps people reorient themselves on their life map with honesty and clarity, then walk with them through a therapeutic relationship and proven methods to support healing and growth. They offer a bridge to help people move toward where they’re meant to be. With a focus on relationships, they help people define and improve these connections, much like a GPS helps us understand where we are and where we’re going. Their services meet a real and urgent need, as those who come to them are often struggling with some form of disorientation. They support clients in rebuilding a life map, a new sense of orientation, and help them find the best path forward. Understanding where we are in our relationships is key to healing and growth. It’s an honest process. When the map is true, we can make real choices, anchor ourselves in helpful relationships, and move forward on a meaningful journey. They also provide affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community and create a safe, inclusive space for clients of all identities. They work with seniors and accept Medicare, providing support tailored to the unique challenges that can come with aging.
