Breakthrough Corporation is a 501c3 non-profit organization in Knoxville, Tennessee that specializes in providing services and support for adults with autism and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are licensed to provide a full continuum of services through TennCare, and are in-network with managed care organizations such Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amerigroup, and United Healthcare. Additionally, we receive funding from the State of Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), State of Tennessee Vocational Rehabilitation, through grant funds, and private-pay participants.
