Goodwill Industries Knoxville, Inc. is committed to helping individuals reach their employment goals. Our Supported Employment program is designed to provide the support and job coaching needed to succeed in the workplace. Through our process, we consult with individuals to determine job goals and develop an action plan to help them find the right job. Once employment is obtained, our staff is there to assist and provide ongoing support, including visiting the place of employment at least twice per month or as needed. We also offer additional job coaching if new duties are assigned. We strive to ensure that our clients have the resources and guidance to be successful in the workforce.
