Her areas of interest and experience include challenging life transitions, gender dysphoria, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, PTSD, and relationships. Alexandra's approach to therapy is eclectic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, incorporating evidence-based treatment interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR and is working toward certification in EMDR.
