With a passion for social work rooted in a legacy of strong women in the healing professions, Ashley is currently pursuing a dual master's degree in Social Work and Holistic Health. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems and a nonjudgmental lens, recognizing the patterns that shape individuals while creating space for transformation and connection. Ashley's clinical interests lie in supporting people of all ages and backgrounds through a holistic and trauma-informed approach, incorporating mindfulness practices and creative activities to complement traditional therapy benefits.
