About
Located in Greenwood Village, CO, the practice serves individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. With over twenty years of experience in meditation, contemplative, and therapeutic practices, Ashe Propst helps clients rediscover their inherent worth and confidence by addressing blocks in their psyche and cultivating mindful compassionate awareness. The practice focuses on rebuilding and cultivating the person that clients know they can be, using approaches such as psychodynamic, Gestalt, Jungian, Parts Work, and attachment therapy, as well as skills-based approaches like ACT, CBT, and DBT. Noble Path Therapy currently offers online sessions, which have been shown to be effective for clients. By understanding the root causes of issues and developing self-reflection, clients can achieve emotional regulation and engage more successfully in their endeavors.
