Using a mix of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral, Emotion-Focused, Strategic, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Annelise works collaboratively with clients to find what fits best for them. With a team of experienced therapists, Paradigm Hawai'i provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals and families to explore their challenges and work towards positive change.
