Angela utilizes evidence-based techniques such as EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) principles, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapies (DBT & ACT). Her flexible approach allows her to tailor sessions to each client's unique needs, providing the most helpful resources. Angela specializes in working with clients who have experienced trauma, including ADHD, C-PTSD, PTSD, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, narcissistic abuse, and sibling sexual abuse. She also works with clients struggling with panic disorders, anxiety, religious stress, and trauma, as well as those from the LGBTQ community and with gender dysphoria. Angela is conversational in ASL and treats Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients.
