About
She offers compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. With a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, grief, and relationship concerns, Amy's approach is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. As a queer-identified therapist, she provides a safe, inclusive space to build resilience and self-compassion. Amy draws on her experiences working in various settings, including the Brigham and Women's psychiatry program, leading eating disorder initiatives and recovery programs, and directing the counseling department at Brandeis University. She is now fully devoted to her private practice, where she supports clients in making meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.
