The center utilizes various approaches, including online remote EMDR treatment for PTSD and anxiety, to help clients feel more confident, less anxious, and more able to cope with life's challenges. Joel's unique approach combines upbeat and optimistic techniques with highly effective methods to address even the most serious challenges. With offices in Connecticut and Maine, as well as online video counseling, the Advanced Counseling and Therapy Center serves clients across the region, including Belgrade, Brunswick, Lewiston, Waterville, Augusta, and Portland, Maine.
