ABC of NC is a nonprofit behavioral health clinic and licensed, accredited, DPI-approved school providing comprehensive, evidence-based services for autistic individuals and their families. Founded in 2002 by parents/caregivers of an autistic child, ABC of NC offers therapeutic, diagnostic, and educational services grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA), the most widely researched and recommended intervention for autism. As a one-of-a-kind model in the region, they bring clinical care, education, and family support together on one campus to meet the diverse needs of the individuals they serve. Their mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based diagnostic, therapeutic, and educational services to autistic people/people on the autism spectrum, ensuring service accessibility to individuals from any economic background, offering support and hope to families, and advocating for inclusion and acceptance.
