Zoe Segers

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 20 years total in the mental health field. I like working with individuals, couples and families and helping all to achieve their greatest self. I specialize in the areas of women’s issues, relationship issues, gender/sexuality concerns, depression, stress/anxiety management, death and dying and trauma/abuse. I primarily use reality therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy but also incorporate dialectical behavior therapy. I work to identify communication styles and build rapport so that the therapeutic process and outcome and maximized. I will assist in identifying strengths and opportunities in each dynamic and examine total wellness as it contributes to mental health. Counseling is a tool to be used in learning to live your best life as the healing can begin when you feel motivated to make the change. I look forward to walking with you on that journey!
