Offering services for couples, individual & EAP Services. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in VA holding 20+ years of experience working with children, families & adults. I gained experience in the field of mental health through various state agencies and through work with community-based programs. I have experience as a Red Cross Mental Health Volunteer and I am currently strengthening my niche in issues that effect Older Adults/Couples with an emphasis on Sexual Health & Intimacy. This along with my foundation gained at Virginia Commonwealth University, makes me a force in the field! ​ I am passionate and intentional in my work to help others reach their life goals. I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach while relying on various evidence-based interventions. I am creative in my approach to incorporating non-traditional interventions such as art, music, and mindfulness techniques. I desire to help adults and couples seek and develop healthy coping skills that will support individuals with navigating life’s twists and turns. I will work together with you to find the treatment options and session styles that fit your unique needs.
