How are you feeling right now? Are you treating yourself well? Along with happiness, life is painful. However, I believe your pain carries important meaning. Therefore, we will listen to your pain very carefully to find its meaning, which may help you unlock your “true-yourself” day-after-day, year-after-year. Let’s stop putting a superficial band aid on your pain and pretend that you are ok. Instead, let’s find out how you can manage and embrace your pain in order to let it go. My approach is both cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic. We need to go back to what happened to you, and then, identify how you are stuck with your pain. I will help you build new skills, which will help you better navigate your life.
