I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington D.C. I have experience working with adolescences, teens, and adults struggling with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress and life transitions. I use Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Solution focused approach when working with clients. I enjoy helping clients use their uniqueness to find joy within, while offering mindfulness techniques and guidance to help each client meet their self-proclaimed goals. I work with my clients to create a safe place where they can speak and share openly, free from judgment or shame while learning new skills to find healing and to live a healthier life.
