I am a licensed certified social worker and therapist, licensed in the state of Maryland, with more than 25 years of professional work experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and with personal growth. I also have experience working with clients diagnosed with ADHD who are struggling with impulsivity, concentration and focus. I believe that all individuals have value. It is my hope that I will be able to help provide guidance to those who are struggling with personal challenges by helping them appreciate their strengths and capabilities to better manage those things they identify as problematic. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
