I am a License Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor living in Kentucky with over 18 years experience. I have experience in multicultural populations to include living and working in remote Alaska and am a military veteran with overseas experience . I have worked with clients with varied concerns to include: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Abuse, Grief and Loss, phase of life, ADHD and others. My style to counseling is approachable and conversational. The therapeutic relationship is built upon honesty, non judgmental, respect, compassion, privacy and sensitivity. The approach is based upon the client’s needs and personality. Approaches may include: Cognitive Behavioral, Rational Emotive, Dialectal Behavioral, Person Centered and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
