I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children as well as couples and families. The focus of my career has been mental health; my areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship management, and coping with life’s difficulties. Using a collaborative, client-centered approach, we will work together to improve your situation. I offer a variety of interventions tailored to meet your specific needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care.
