Hello, my name is Twyla , I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. In addition, I have been a both a guidance counselor and science educator for the past 18 years. Of my 18 years in education, 11 have been spent serving at risk student populations. I have experience in helping both students and clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also work with those who are coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
