I am licensed in Minnesota with 4+ years of clinical experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients from many backgrounds and seek to create a space where clients can be themselves and be comfortable without fear of judgement. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and are always looking to grow as a clinician and person. I am here to support you no matter where you are at in life and honor that because we are all human.
