I empower individuals and help them overcome obstacles. I have worked with many individuals by applying evidenced-based interventions in therapy. I have earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology and as of recently, another master’s degree in health psychology. I am a licensed professional counselor as well as distance credentialed counselor in the state of Wisconsin. I value overall wellbeing from a holistic perspective and I enjoy providing therapy that allows the development of improved life skills.
