I have 11 years of experience working with individuals across the age span addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues (parenting, couples), behavior issues, anger, and ADHD. My counseling style is open and collaborative. I believe in treating others with respect and creating a space of honesty and trust. My approach to therapy involves using evidenced- based therapeutic models while taking a person-centered approach to meet your needs.
